Like you, we are watching the news and monitoring developments regarding the Corona Virus, and the daily changes to our normal lives. As always, our focus at CWC is on the safety and well-being of our employee owners, our customers, and the communities we serve.

Government guidelines at the local, state, and national levels are continually changing and we are adjusting our CWC operations accordingly. In compliance with guidelines recommended by the CDC and those by Federal, State and Local Government we are taking the following actions:

Engaging with you and each other:

Our employee owners have been working from home since March 6th and will continue to do so until we receive notice from our State that it is safe to return. Please note we are fully available to respond to your needs and concerns during this public health crisis. Online calls/meetings are excellent options for communication. Each member of our team has the tools, technology and resources to collaborate with you, share design solutions and adjust plans as necessary to continue to provide you with the customer care necessary for your project’s success.

Visiting our facilities:

CWC is practicing social distancing, therefore our showroom is not open for in person meetings. However, our Account Executives are here to provide support and accomplish what is best to meet your project’s needs and expectations. Status on projects:

Due to COVID-19, there have been obstacles that our employees and clients have had to face due to delays in manufacturing, shipping, etc. Our employee owners and manufacturing partners are making it a top priority to successfully complete current, active and future projects. They are here to help support your projects needs and expectations to the best of their ability.

Servicing your facilities:

CWC’s installation and field service teams have been actively responding to all project installation and service needs. Our crews have additional cleaning and sanitation supplies to allow them to keep themselves and your team safe while on site. We are prepared to comply with all health screening requirements that may be in place at your location.

Putting health and safety first…

CWC will continue to monitor the CDC’s recommendations and requirements to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are communicating with all our employee owners regarding the best hygiene practices and being knowledgeable of the symptoms of the Coronavirus.

We’re all navigating this uncharted territory together and together we will navigate through this and be stronger for it.
